    We deal in many older Winchester's here and to any collector once the gun is changed from its original status it kills the value. Some folks are still willing to pay a decent price for a 73 thats been reblued but you dont find many. Most of the clientele that are into the older Win's are collectors. Most of the "shooters" buy the new stuff or replicas. Still ought to go for more than $250.00 though if everything else looks good.

    Yes it should! (in my book). Where or what can you buy to shoot for that? At the next show get crazy , put a sign on it $800 or BEST OFFER , work the crowd a little ya move it for 400 / 500 who knows.
