15 rnd Hi-cap mags for Glock 23

The Glock website states there are 10,13, and 15 rnd magazines for the GLock 23. I've seen plenty of 10 and 13 rnd mags... but no 15 rnd mags. Anyone know if the 15 rnd mags are illegal in TX? Anyone know how they look in the G23- do they stick out the bottom or anything ugly like that? Any info on where they might be available pre-nazi-gun-hating-10+rndsmakesyouacriminalduh-ban?Cheers

  The 15 round magazine is just the 13rd magazine with the "Plus 2" adapter on the bottom. This piece extends the internal area, allowing the spring to set lower, allowing the magazine to hold 2 extra rounds.

  Does it change the overall length of the magazine any? It still sets as flush as the 10 and 13 rnd mags, righto?

  The +2 extender is a boxy looking piece that replaces the base plate of the mag. It'll extend your grip surface a bit. I think it looks ugly, but judge for yourself.Check out http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1809753823

  It does extend beyond the bottom of the grip. It has must to accommodate the extra rounds.
