Mannlicher Stocks???

In the february issue of Handloader, Ken Waters has a picture of a mannlicher forend on a savage 99. I think that it looks too cool to be real. I have a mauser that I would like to put a mannlicher stock on but there seems to be a scarcity of these types of stocks by our manufacturers. Anyone out there have a source of mannlicher stocks that they would like to share? Or experience bedding same? I have heard that they look cool but the accuracy is suspect? Thanks in advance for any help. swede
