Millett RM14001 Rear Sight Fitting

Hi EveryoneI am considering buying a Millet RM14001 rear sight for my 182 series Stainless Steel Mini-14I have a few questions about this sight:1. Do I have to drill and tap the receiver to fit it?2.I am currently using a Choate flash hider with M14 style front sight - will this sight be at the correct height for the Millett rear sight?Thanks for your help and adviseAus
