3 Shot Burst

Jeff, let's keep things in perspective. What you are talking about doing is: 1) Throwing away money, and 2) Getting a useless toy. Now, if that's what you want to do, and you don't mind all that money wasted, and exposing your life to close Federal scrutiny, then get a full auto; the 3 shot burst won't give you the same rush.NealExpensive fun isn't always fun, but it's always expensive.[This message has been edited by nmyers (edited 03-05-2002).]

Guys, Thanks to all. nmyers, The 3 shot burst is an additional mode in some full autos. I have to agree that being on the Fed. list is not a comfortable thought. I'm already there because of a SMG though. I would look at the prices for full autos in the last 10 years and believe it isn't really throwing money away. That is until they come to get them all! 25 years ago I wanted practical things. Now I enjoy some that aren't so. cpermd & selectfire, these are the 2 arguments I hear. For 3 shots - do it on semi - almost as fast. I think the burst mode is a convenient thing, but it costs a lot more on this weapon. Once again to all - thanks.
cbxjeffIt's too late for me, save yourself.

OK, if you have the $$$, buy the 3-shot burst. My class III Mac-11 eats ammo and that is the downside of a cheap-o SMG. Probably the best I can hope for is a 4-5 shot burst.
....all I'm saying is I got a red line man.
