How to identify pre / post ban AR-15

I have a chance to buy a bushmaster AR-15 (collapsable stock), colt delta H-bar elite, and colt sportster competion h-bar. How can I tell if a receiver is pre or post ban? Also what are these worth preban vs post ban (all approx 90%).

  Look on the AR15.com site or post the #s here and XX out the last two.cpermd

  You can try biggerhammer.net. I believe there is a link to the serial numbers for various manufacturer's. Do the homework before you purchase one.
