reload receipes for the desert eagle 44 mag
does anyone out there reload for the desert eagle 44 mag. i looking for some decent loads to properly cycle this big boy. any reloaders with there thoughts i would appreciate it. thanks.

Loades for the weapon you are asking about have to be loaded hotter than usual. The new accurate loading book has loading data for it. 0 -
Here's what I've been using in mine...Hornady 240gr XTP20.1 grains of 2400 powder 0 -
roger is right, have'nt found any that are too 'hot' , but some that are not high powered enough. By the way, stay away from cast bullets if you are going to shoot alot, makes a hellofa mess. 0 -
I've gotten some too hot...split the cases. make sure you use jacketed ammo, lead will foul up your gas port. 0
