    Generally, any firearm over 50 years old qualifies under the C&R license. This can be shown by visiting the ATF site. To specifically answer your question, the contemporary Commemorative models made by Colt, Winchester, etc., qualify also. Emery

There's a complete list of guns that are considered C&Rs.There's a gillion of them.This is also a good site to learn the detailed logistics of how to obtain your 03FFL.

    Pretty much all Winchester commemoratives are on the C&R list. I was gonna apply for one but California doesn't recognize C&R's less than fifty years old.
