    Perhaps Mass has there statutes on line and you can see the particulars regarding such permits. If so, you may be able to query "magazines" or high capacity magazines"In the end though, the sale may not be worth the risk or time to research.My $.02

    I am from Mass, and yes, high cap mags are still legal here, as long as the person possesses a Class A, High Capacity Permit, he can own them.There is a Class B permit, which doesn't allow high caps, but I've never seen anyone with one. Most local police issue the Class A with no questions asked. The class B permit is just one more way the anti gunners are eroding away gun rights. Lastly, there are still a few older style permit holders in Ma., who have permits which pre-date the Class A or B style, and these are grandfathered in as Class A.
