AR 15 mags & ammo

kinda new to the AR, so I thought I would ask 2 questions, bought some Sanchez mags today are they any good, they came with the green followers ? also what about PMC ammo, got some of it also, are these any good or do I need to stay away for these.

  PMC has always worked well for me in my bushmaster. I have gone through several hundred rounds without a problem.Jim
