Flashbackjack,You aren't pulling our collective legs, are you?Do you still run the compressors? I would think the refrigeration would cause condensation and rust?

I-girl Condensation only accurs in the refrigerated section. The right half (usually)is partitioned off with a well insulated wall. This limits the vending capacity of the machine. We have found room in the larger machines (5'6" tallx 30" wide to insert a small, ready made safe and still had room for vending. We have sold others that we have totaly removed the insides (and refrigeration unit) and intalled a large ready made safe but left the bottle door intact complete with drinks and light up. The machines originally weigh in at around 350#(Small) to 450# (medium). We have a large inventory of of the old (60's ) square top machines that usually end up in the scrap yard. They were difficult to change over to vend cans and bottles became more expensive. Most have light up marque signs in the front door. ....Regards, Jack

To all The larger the machine the smaller the initial cost. This is a supply and demand thing. I am building up a very large one at this time It is 6'-6" tall.36" wide and 22" deep. It was purchased for $250.00 The compressor is stuck. We will install a used unit($250.00) because the customer likes his cold longnecks. Renovating the inside will cost on the average, $$200. Restoring the outside of the machine $350.00 $150.00 shipping (lower USA) This adds up to $1,200The average cost has been $1,450 turn key. Fire proof? These machines are double walled with an inch of insulation between. I don,t plan on putting one in a blast furnace but I am sure it's contents would servive a normal house fire. We add another locking door just onside the main door to conceal the safe. The machine can be stocked without opening the safe. No photos of the interiors ,got plenty of outside shots. Will shoot some as I progress on this project. The whole idea behind these safes is to hide something in plain sight! It's not big and black and says. " this is a gun safe" I have used one in my garage to store my small collection while away on vacation. ......That is what got this whole thing started..........Jack

Jack, You get some pics. up, give us a good idea of how many rifles one will hold with scopes installed, without haveing to pull all the guns out, and give us actual inside storage space dimensions, and you might start selling more of these than you can ever handle.
