King Cobra questions

I've been wanting a .357 for some time now and I saw an ad for a stainless one in a local newspaper. The guy's asking $400, though I don't know any more than that. Can you give me a rough estimate of what's a good price?   IMHO, $400 doesn't seem too bad considering the way Colts tend to command premium prices these days. I assume it's in very good condition; the King Cobra is a very strong mid-size .357. Unless it's been trashed, I'd say "go for it".

  I agree. That sounds right. Check for abuse. They are one of the strongest revolvers made. Have had mine for 11 years now. Real accurate with .38 special loads too.

  Also, if it's a private sale it's always worth a couple extra $$ if you ask me. Not too much extra though.

  I love my King Cobra. I would buy another one for that price!!! Basically its an indestructable gun. Hold it up to a Taurus or similar gun and there is no comparison. Cobra wins every time. RG
