Sako lever action

Have found a Sako lever action for sale. Does anyone know what they look like, how accurate, (308)or how dependable they are?

They are nice, very well made, shoot well and for looks they are pretty clean and modern looking. Enjoy it.

IMHO the sako lever action was one of the most accurate ever produce.The model 73 and the Finnwolf were well made and looks were "very cool" for the 1970's. Several high end custom rifles were built using this action.

and I'll bet it runs $7-800. For 10 years- that has been the price- never saw anybody buy one or never saw anybody sell one.

Thank all of you for the info! It looks like it will sell for over $700. It is always fun to learn about a gun you never heard of before.......

From what I've heard regarding the Sako lever actions, don't ever dry fire one as it can cause big problems.The sako collectors club is a good source for info also.
