Mossberg 500 AB

Is the Mossberg 500 AB worth about the same as the 500a .when did they make the 500ab thanks.

  I don't know if there's much difference... I just bought one and can't see any differences. It's got a long barrel... well it used to be. Capacity is 5+1.... well it used to be. Seems good to me.christian

  Never heard of the "AB". The "A" means 12 ga. and the "B" means 16ga.. Not too sure of this one.
