I've seen a few Bersa 380 owners, all seemed happy. If you get one, keep it clean, use only factory magazines in good shape, and shoot straight FMJ ammo thru it and you should have no problems.I've never met anyone who owned a firestorm, but I would like to have one myself just to add to the collection.btt for ya...

I have a Firestorm mini compact 45. My only real complaint with the gun is the trigger is not smooth....very jerky pull. A friend of mine has a 1911 style Firestorm and it is the same. Also my mini ejects the shells at my forehead or at my eye more often than it should...the full size doesn't have this problem.Other than what I have mentioned, the quality is good...never had any problems with jamming, ect.I really can't tell any difference between the firestorm and a Llama..in fact, my Firestorm's clip (I bought the gun new in the box) has llama .45 stamped on it.

If I understand the nomenclature, the MiniFireStorm is the double action 9x19/.40 pistol that is a cutdown version of the Bersa Thunder 9, one of my favorite pistol designs. The MiniCompact is the small M1911-style .45 single action pistol. The double action version will be available in .45ACP. That should be nice. I really like my MiniFireStorm, but then, I am prejudiced because I like the Bersa T-9 so well. I have not shot mine much, but it has been reliable so far. It is enough bigger and heavier than a Kel-Tec P11 that I would never carry it. I just like its design. I wish it were a little smaller and lighter, but it is not so I keep it just for its desgin appeal.

I've got the Firestorm .380 (same as the Bersa Thunder 95) and love it. It's not a SIG, but it's well built. I've shot lots of .380 ammo in it and it digested all of them just fine. It's a light alloy frame gun, so it's not going to last forever. My gun shop here in Memphis refuses to carry junk guns and they WILL carry the Bersa 95 (or the Firestorm .380) but not the other Firestorm guns (which are Llamas)
