What would be a reasonable price to pay for a preban Bushmaster AR15 20" target, unfired, condition is new/100%?

  Other sites have listed $700-$850 for the lower alone....I think the owner wants $1200-$1300, but that seems a little high when you can get a new complete rifle for less than $900.....???
