Anyone who owns an SAS or has owned one,let me know if you like it(pros and cons, cycling in cold weather, etc..) Thanks

I'm thinking about buying a Weatherby SAS 12 ga with a rifled slug barrel. Can you tell me anything about this gun? Does it have any known problems? I read some posts on a website called Weatherby Nation that say the slug version has limited recoil, while the upland version "kicks like a mule". Do you know why Weatherby discontinued this gun? It would seem to me that since it is a Weatherby, it should be a good quality firearm. Thanks for any information you can help me with.
