Henry Golden Boy
Just wondering if anyone had some thoughts on the general quality of the Golden Boy. I know it's the old Erma design, but is that necessarily bad? I love the look, even though it isn't a strictly accurate copy of the 1866, but wondered about the innards. I gather Brasslite is some sort of brass alloy either coated on the alloy receiver or baked on or something. I own a 9422 and assume the general workmanship won't be up to that standard...or am I wrong?

Hi. Who handles parts for the henry golden boy rifles? Thanks 0 -
I would contact the factory and or your dealer to have this checked out as a warranty problem. Sounds like burrs are causing the drag before the sear hits the notch in the hammer. 0
