FIRESTORM 45 COMPACT

I was just wondering if anyone has a Firestorm 45.Are they reliable? had any problems. What ammo seems to work best for general target shooting? Thanks.

  My Father-in-law has a full size FS. He shoots ball ammo practicing, plinking, and carry (despite my urging him to carry HPs). He said he's never had a problem with it.I bought him a box of Hydrashoks for Christmas this year, they are still in the box, in the cabinet. He does carry a mag full of .45 shotshells that he slips in while hunting (he carries them for snakes).

  I have a 45 Mini Compact....no problems with jamming (I always use cheap Wolf ammo), but the triger is NOT smooth...very jerky.For the money it is OK, but it's not a Glock or Ruger.
