best grips
has anybody else searched for good combat grips for a model 19 square butt? what were the results? thanks in advance

Most times I agree with ATF, but in this case I prefer the rubber grips from Pachmayer. Wood is great for light recoiling pistols, but rubber gives a little cushioning and a more secure grip. Nothing wrong wit Hogues either. 0 -
thanks for the suggestions and links. ATF- i agree,rubber is ugly, but i tried a 357 with rubber grips once that felt better i just dont know what they were. 0 -
I will be digging out next month some real wood combat grips for that weapon. Fitz combat grips that have been copied by many. These are the originals stored for 25 years.When grabbed from a police holster they do not drag on clothing. resist the hand sliding on to them correctly and the grips hold on the hand well because of the checkering.
