High Power?

I have a pistol marked Fabrique Nationale D'Armes De Guerre Herstal Belgique. Pistol is 9mm, 13 shot mag. Lots of odd looking markings on slide, frame and barrel. Serial# is E0XXXX. Is this a Browning High Power? Early gun? Value? gun is 90% condition. Thanks to all replies.
