savage 1907
Hi, an uncle has given me a small pistol of which I know nothing about. It is a Savage 1907 .32 cal. autoloading pistol. It's in what I would call very good condition. Neat little gun. I'd like to shoot it, but want to find out first if it is collectable or worth anything. Thanks!

It would be a Savage 1910 or 1917.The only 32 autos Savage made.The difference is the 1917 has a heavier gripand a spur hammer.1910 About $200 and 1917 $350

No, it is a model 1907. Check out the auction site, there are actually four or five model 1907s on the block right now. Any opinions on these guns? Are they good shooters, reliable? 0 -
Check the pic's on the auction. It's identical to the 1910. I don't know why the price is what it is, as my collector's guide shows the price at $200 I guess what ever traffic will bear. I have no idea if they are good shooters but if I had one I would hang on to it.

they function well and are accurate. Don't try to carry with the hammer down and a round chambered- the firing pin nose will rest on the primer! All-in-all, a very nice pocket pistol, if you are OK with the .32 acp cartridge. 0 -
You have a very nice little pistol there. I own two of them.
