Target Trigger and Hammer for S&W Model 17-3

What is required to convert a S$W Model 17-3 from standard to target hammer and trigger?Next question is where can I buy these items?Thanks.....

  Thanks for the information Saxon. I have several S&W Revolvers with the wide target type trigger and hammer. This model 17's is very narrow. So it isn't the taget type. But from what you indicate any K-Frame set will work? Or should I specify that it is the 17-3? As always thanks for the taking the time to answer....CLR
