rjpeacock HELP
Can you tell me if the Bore Tech rods take standard 8/32 threaded accessories, and are they female threaded? I'd like to get one, since I cant get any info. from Dewey, and cant order the rod I need on line. Thanks, Rob.

Ryan, all Bore Tech rods are 8-32 female threaded. The exception is the .17 cal rod which is 5-40 threaded. I buy all mine through either Sinclair International (1 219 493-1858)Catalog says area code will change to 260 on Jan.1, but hadn't the other day. The other is Lock, Stock & Barrel out of Valentine, Nebraska. (1-800 228-7925) Both are excellent to deal with and above reproach. rjpeacock, Thanks rj, I got my bore tech cleaning rod in the mail today, and it is incredibly smooth, I cant believe it, this is one sweet rod. Sinclair is where I got it from, and thanks for pointing me to them, I'd never heard of them, and they have some sweet stuff I've never seen, thanks a million rj, Rob.

Rob, probably the biggest mistake you'll ever make, getting a Sinclair catalog!! If you are a "gadjet" junky like I am, you just found a place to spend most of your extra money from now on!! Glad you found what you needed and liked. Have a good one. Russ 0 -
