folks i'm tryin' to find a website or phone # of anyplace i can run the serial# of this harrington & richardson single shot 12.any ideas?the model and the pat. date don't match

  Tim, I own quite a few old H&R's (i collect them)and haven't had much luck finding info.Some of my old ones have a pat. date Feb. 1900 but, according to info. i have found,they were not made before 1908.Wish i could tell you more.If you do find a good source of reference i would love to have it.   H&R was owned by New england Firearms until recently and now both are owned by Marlin. The NEF website isn't much more than a page listing their contact info, but here is the URL anyway: http://www.newenglandfirearms.com/
