Llama Micromax 380 Pistol

I recently purchased at a good price a Llama Micromax 380 pistol, which I know is no great shakes of a gun, but I have enjoyed shooting it. I have to problems/questions: first, the rear sight is off line; how does one adjust it? second, the trigger pull is quite hard, is there any practical way to ease the trigger pull without spending a geat deal of money.Thanks for any help or comments from anyone.David
