AR-15 Sporter vs. Gov't Model

Can anyone tell me the difference between and AR-15 A2 Sporter and the A2 Government Model?

  a goverment model will have a flashhider and a bayonet lug i am sure there are more diffrences.

  Additionally, the A2 Govt model has a 20" barrel, thin under the handguard. I believe the Colt sporter has a 16" lightweight (pencil) barrel. WWW.ar15.com is the authoritative website for AR15 questions.
