H&K Fabarms Carbon Fiber Shotgun

Anyone have any knowledge of these beasts? They are 12 gauge pumps. The have a diamond pattern all over, including the heat shield. Are they any good?I have the chance to get one, with carrying case, folding stock, regular stock, all tools, books, like new, for $325. Good deal, or should I go with a Mossberg 590 or a Rem 870 instead?
