Powder scale question part two
Ok...You've talked me into going digital. In the latest Shooting Times, I notice that PACT is offering their BBK II (now with AC adaptor) for $89.95 delivered. Advertised accuracy is to 1/10th of a grain which is plenty accurate for me. I mean, with an extruded powder, that's getting into just a kernel or two, no? Anyhow, anyone have any experience with PACT stuff?Now for a powder trickler. Any recommendations there? Midwayusa offers one for just $24. Any good?

If you compare PACT to RCBS, you'll find that they are identical except for the name ... because PACT makes them for RCBS!Buy the PACT, you'll have a great scale without paying extra for the name!

Jon, you'll like the Pact electronic scale; however they can be touchy. You may have to push the "zero" button every once in a while, after the "error" message flashes. Maybe it's just my location, but they are affected by air movement, etc. With the BBK you are limited to 750 grains capacity, which should be adequate for most any powder/bullet weighing application. I have the 1500 gr capacity scale with AC adaptor; it weighs exactly to the same weight as the Lyman balance beam scale, but much faster. 0
