Kimber Polymer opinions
Anyone have any comments about Kimber Polymer pistols. I am thinking hard about a polymer gold match. I have other 1911 style guns so not really wanting a standard Kimber ( yet) but I really like the feel of the fuller polymer grip.

Kimber makes some of the best stuff out there. I don't think you will be disappointed. If you like the feel of it then go for it. 0 -
I have a Polymer Stainless Target modle & love it ... Its been as reliable as my other Classic & Gold Match ... Great Gun!

If you like their polymer you might also try the BUL Transmark. I mean that is who makes the polymer for Kimber.

Does the Bul use the Kimber barrell and trigger assembly as well or do they just make the frame for Kimber? I want a good target shooter as well as feel good grip. 0 -
At least look at the Wilson KZcpermd 0 -
BUL just makes the frame. The BUL models I've seen have had nowhere near the fit & finish or trigger that the Kimber has. I have no idea where they get the rest of their parts.
