AR-15 Firepower drum question????

Does anyone know anything about the AR-15 Firepower 75rd drum w/plastic lid?I bought one and the follower does not come all the way up to the feed lips. Does it not feed the last 1 1/2" of ammo space?It only has one dummy round on the follower -- could there be dummy rounds missing that normally would have bought the rounds right up to the feed lips?If anyone knows -- let me know.Thanks

  Winding it up is not the problem.When it is completely unwound, as it is right now -- the dummy round sits 1 1/2" down from the feedlips. Meaning that it can't possibly push those rounds of ammo left in that space when you get to that point. I'm just wondering if that's how it is supposed to be or if there are extra dummy rounds that are missing -- which would have brought the dummy rounds all the way to the feedlips when the drum is emptied.
