There are sites such as powder and bullet companies' which offer loads for calibers for which they make components. And any good manual will offer myriad options in this caliber. You should get one of these, any way, just for the technical references. Speaking for myself, I don't make suggestions for loads to anyone; potential liability in case of a KB is far too great.

Winchester 55 Gr. FMJBT w/can for crimping are available from Midway for a good price. I use 4198 powder with recommended loads from a Lyman reloading book. Does good in my Mini-14s.

SUGGESTION: If you're just starting into reloading, I strongly urge you to BE CAUTIOUS...get a copy of a Hornady reloading manual (or Sierra) and read it cover to cover before you start;A reloader really needs to "understand" the significance of each action / step about to be taken to fully appreciate the risks involved...it can mean the difference between an enjoyable shoot or turning a firearm into a hand grenade, injuring or killing yourself or a bystander, etc...

Better yet, buy a reloading manual and learn from someone that is very experienced in the art. I bought a press but am holding off until I can get together with a friend to show me the ropes.
