1911 vintage target Grips all checkered
Back in the early 70's I had a Gold Cup with checkered walnut grips that had a slight swelling for the thumb and trigger finger. The profile was simular to Pachmayer's rubber grips with full checkering Anybody remember who made these grips? maybe Herrett's? got a pair? know somebody that does? I wrote Herretts and they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. Thanks for your help and Happy New year to all!

Herrett's web page has pictures of all their products. Did you look there? http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/road/construction/l2cebas.htm A really nice grip is Nill-Griffe - take a look there and see if you see something you like. http://www.sportingguns.com.au/Grips/KarlNill.html 0 -
I might have made it myself as the owner of the Fitz pistol grip company. I have a bunch of grips in storage in my northern snowed in ranch but could send you a flyer for your address.Paul Jones AKA "FITZ" at western states gun shows and mailorder. Retired 1979 0 -
