Weatherby Mark V ***LH*** 300 Weatherby mag

I can get my hands on a nice wood stock left handed Weatherby Mark V..300 WeatherbyFor about 400.00 has slight pitting spots on barrell..I am right handed but is it worth buying for this price..And trading for other rifle and if so how much would this gun be worth
