1939 German Stenda 32 caiber???

Anybody that has any info on this gun and ammo conversion would you please e-mail me. I am trying to locate ammo and info on this gun. I believe 7.65mm is correct but not sure. Thank you

    GERMAN HANDGUNS by Ian Hogg, and ILLISTRATED ENCYLOPEDIA OF HANDGUNS have a good rundown on the Stenda. Yes, .32ACP is correct.

    Interesting pistol with kind of a "clouded" history.

    The original version dates to the early First World War years ( 1915 ) when they were made under contract to the German Government, by the firm of Becker & Hollander. These pistols are found marked with the name "Beholla"

    Later in the war, the firm of August Menz, started producing virtually the same pistol under the name "Menta"

    After the war was over, the H.M. Gering Co. started selling almost the identical pistol with the name of "Leonhart"

    Finally your pistol, virtually the same as the above (3) was sold until the mid 20's under the name "Stenda" by the Waffenfabrik Stendawerke.

    Nobody at this late date knows the true story, but it's speculated that all these pistols were assembled from parts that the W W I German Government ordered for the military.
