336 44mag... value...?????

I have a chance to acquire a Marlin 336/44 mag, straight grip in very good conditon..pre-cross bolt.

Anyone have an idea of the real/fair market value for this Marlin?

cash value, trade value...

  duckhunter ya right only if you're the dealer thats tring to buy it and yes that is what the books say they are worth but usually these go for quite abit more on the auctions

  Just recently obtained an Winchester 94 Trapper in .44mag @ 300.00 which I thought was a very good price,if this helps any.Happy New Year,Rick.
