38-45 clerke dies

I've been watching some of the Aussie memebers struggle to find 38-45 Clerke dies, barrels, and brass. They are all but begging for help. I have run myself ragged looking for this stuff. Now I have an idea. Why can't we make a sizing die by running a 38-45 Clerke chamber and throat reamer into a 38 die? Is this feaseable? Will it work? I just want try and find a way to help our fellow sportsmen. But I need expert feedback.

    why not just contact RCBS, or Hornady with the case dimmensions and have them make a set. They have been known to make custom chamberings,
    and if this is an obsolete cartridge, their job is that much easier.

    RCBS makes case forming dies for 38-45 Auto from 45 ACP. They cost $100.19 in the 1995 catalog, probably more now.
    Their part # is 58303.
    CH-4D has them listed also.
