Lost in.. ATF..C&R Limbo
Sent in the C&R app. form this A.M...Talked to a guy selling bound books and was told about needing a citizenship declaration form...called ATF.. sure enough..They said to download from their site & fax it..(form no. 630.20) Cannot find it on their site.. HELP!!!

I think the form you are looking for is 5330.20 it is a Certification of compliance with 18 U.S.C.922(g)(5)(B).I will fax it to you if have a fax# or maybe you can find it at their site.If you need me to fax E-mail @ jds375hh@aol.com Dave 0 -
