    I'd get this directly from the horse's mouth; call ATF, BATF, BEATF, or whatever they are going by nowadays. Ask for chapter and verse, and write down the pertinent section (law) numbers and get the agen's name. I've found them to be very co-operative and friendly to do business with when you are trying to avoid making a mistake; and you can even request a letter from them stating their position on a matter such as this, which involves export of firearms parts.

    Call ATF for peace of mind, but they will tell you the parts you have are not restricted. On the customs form I would just write "repair parts 1911A1"
