The Weatherby Orion's seem to be fairly priced. Does any one know who makes them and if they are any good?

    Thanks,

well, afterall, you ARE posting on an auction sight....so, why not put it on auction and see what it sells for? start at 900.00!

Orion came in "grade 1" and "grade II". I assume since it is 28" barrels it is a Upland field grade or a Sporting Clays model. Excellent condition is $800 and GradeII is about $850.(that is the price one would expect to pay from a dealer)

If you really wish to sell the gun fast remember that it will cost the buyer about $25 in shipping and about $25 for a dealer to receive it.

If you want to maximize the return you can keep posting it until you find someone that really "wants" that gun. They are good range and field guns, but not something special (and you pay for the name).

GB has a wide group of members and dealers, so your post will get some action as long as it's reasonable.

    Best of luck.

Forget my above post, you said it was grade III.

    That makes list about $950-1000.

(so bobski was right on about the starting price, darn, he got me again)
