Leupold VX II 3X9X40 With No "Clicks" Adj??

    No clicks is correct for your scope. The movement that amounts to 4 clicks still moves the point of impact about 1/4". You have a very nice scope. I think you will like it a lot.

    Leupold did and still does use friction adjustments on many of their scopes I have used variX 2 for years and couldn't be happier, you will share these feelings before long

    I have the same scope on a .300 win mag Ruger#1 and LOVE it. It has seem deer from NM to PA.

    I have a couple of them, and still just can;t get comfortable with no clicks. The scopes are great, though.

    Here is the scoop,All the Old Leupold VARI-X II, M8 Fixed powers, the NEW VX-I and rifleman series all have friction adjustments,The CLICK adjustments will be found on the Vari-X III, VX-II and of course the LPS,Unless Leupold makes even more changes to confuse us even more.
