revolver for many different bullets

Some time ago a revolver I think by Colt was comming out that would shoot every caliber from 9X18 to 357Mag how the hell was it going to do it and what ever happened to it thanks Billy

    Philips and Rogers also made a revolver like this that I believe is still made. It can use the different calibers because they are all .355. As far as how it does it, it has something to do with the extractors; however, I'm not exactly sure what it is. But, I do remember that you do NOT need those nasty moon clips.

    You are correct! P&R made a revolver called the MEDUSA, that through the aid of spring-loaded fingers inside the cylinders would fire .380 through 357 Mag.
    They also had a modification for Blackhawks/Super Blackhawks to fire 45LC and 454Casull or some odd combo like that.
    Like most compromises; accuracy is indifferent with many of the chamberings.
