American Arms O/U
Are the American Arms Over/Under shotguns any good? The models I have found are the Silver I and the Silver II. What are the major differences in the I and II? Prices have mostly been around $500. Are these guns worth the money?

If memory serves, these were to list at $799 new about 10 years ago. OK gun, a friend of mine had one. He shot it quite a lot and over time they will loosen up more than say a Browning or Beretta, round for round. You might look around for used Red Label Ruger for a little more money, a lot more gun. 0 -
I used to sell them. Can't remember the difference however. Maybe scroll work?
Any way I told folks that if they weren't sure they were going to stay in whatever sport they were interested in to purchase one of the American Arms. It was a good starter gun but do not expect great and wonderful things from it. Like the man said, look around for a good used Red Label for a few more bucks. You only get what you pay for.0 -
