1860 colt conversion

    The Mason/Richards Conversions of the 1860 Army were in 44 caliber.Never heard of a 60 in .45...You positive about the Caliber? Sounds like this is a question for the Colt Doctor...hmmm.... Maybe a 72 OpenTop? Nah..The caliber is Wrong...

    Appears to be all colt. even the cylender is marked colt patient no. 9933, and the pictures match the 1860 colt. If I know how to post pictures on this site, I could show more of the converson. I don't think it is a mason richards, and it definetly will chamber the 45 colt.

    My question should have been. Did colt ever convert the 1860 model. I need to find out how to post pics. on this site.
