Saiga carbines in 308 caliber
I have a Saiga in 7.62x39 and really like it. I am thinking about buying one in 308 caliber. Does anyone have any experience with the carbine in .308?
Thanks

I have the Saiga .308 carbine in the original AK-style format, one of the first to come into the U.S. I have found it to be the softest-recoiling .308 I've ever had, and utterly dependable. 0 -

I have a Russian Saiga .308 AK and it works fine. No problems with it. It takes 8 round detachable magazines. I recommend it. You can also buy surplus NATO ammo for it cheap (7.62 X 51) .
