Don't know why the other thread was locked, but to answer Hondo's question, EAA is the distributor of the IZH-35 in the U.S. However, they seem to pop up on gunbroker.com fairly often at pretty good prices.

  Good of you to post anyway. The good Captn. allows that by 10 posts the question is answered or opinions are offered without getting in to long discussions. It keeps the board moving along.

  Thanks mpolans. Will take a look now that the Euro is up to a $1.24 thus making the European imports up 30 percent since last summer...Hondo
