Ruger convertible?
I have a Blackhawk .357-.9mm convertible. I was wondering if the .30 cylinder would work out of my gun? Thanks

If your refering to the cylinder from the .30 carbine ruger revolver, the answer is no.
The reason the 9mm and the .357 mag can work from the same barrel is they are very close in bullet diameter to each other. The .357 mag is .357", and the 9mm is .355". The 30 carbine bullet is .308", much smaller in diameter than the other two.
I have Ruger Blackhawks in both .357 mag and .30 Carbine. I just took a look at them, and the .30 carb cylinder is longer than the .357 cylinder, so it probably wont fit in the .357 frame anyway.
