    I know there's two different extractors, a 15 degree and a 90 degree.

    you can load 23 mags with 9s. it will hold 15, but your gonna have to have a lot of patience to keep em in.

    BH, I think his question was about ejectors, not extractors.

    Brandon, Since the ejector is in the lower .40 cal portion of the conversion, you will need to get a new trigger mechanism housing. That is the part that the ejector is part of.
    With the 40 cal case being wider than the 9mm case, the angle of the bend in the ejector is different with the 40 than the 9mm.

    The part # for the 9mm trigger mech housing is 322. For the model 23 that same part is numbered 4431. Email the guy back and tell him you will need the trigger mechanism housing #322 for the 9mm.
    That should fit in your model 23 lower and eject the 9mm cases.
