I have two stainless 308's. One Ruger, standard 77, Laminate stock; one Rem 308/22".
Who does the best Ruger custom work?

Work I have in mind: action work, install open sites, muzzle crown and on the Ruger instead of that pencil thin barrel one a little heavier but not bull and the same length, 22".
