LC Smith 20 ga ?

I've got an "old" LC Smith 20 gauge shotgun that has been handed down through the family and it is in great to excellent condition. I saw one just like it at the Firearms Museum up in Cody, Wyoming some years ago. I believe the gun is more than 50 or 60 years old but I don't know for sure. It is probably the lightest 20 ga. shotgun that I have ever picked up. What is this gun worth, if anything, and where can I get more info on the history of it. Thanks in advance!

    I assume a field grade, but you really need to share everything about the gun. Hammered or hammerless? Serial? Stamping on top of the tubes and on the flats? Stamping on the watertable?

    Condition to condition the 20 will be valued at almost twice a similar 12. I can't venture much more than that without proper information.

    Elcee's are one of the best domestic doubles ever produced. Weight, balance, and looks are phenominal.

    Sorry about my amateur post. I don't have the gun in front of me to give you the serial number, can't remember where the stamping was and the only watertable I'm familiar with is underground. Once again, you've got a not so prepared guy here. I do know that the gun is hammerless and I'll call back home to get the other info. Thanks for your response.
